1. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. As we source our premium sarees directly from the looms, inventory can move quickly. In rare cases, if an item runs out of stock after your order is placed, we will promptly notify you and offer a full refund or an exchange for a piece of equal value.

2. Product Color & Detailing

We make every effort to display the colors, weaves, and draping of our garments accurately. However, device screen variations, lighting, and the intricate detailing of our traditional and woven pieces may result in slight visual differences from the digital images.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur a flat ₹100 convenience fee, which covers specialized logistics and is strictly non-refundable in the event of a return.

4. Intellectual Property

All content found on this site, including but not limited to textile designs, product photography, text, logos, and the Saspira Luxe brand name, are the exclusive property of Saspira Luxe LLP. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and legally actionable.

5. Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
