Refund policy

We want you to fall in love with your Saspira Luxe saree. If something isn’t absolutely perfect, we are here to help.

Eligibility:

  • 3-Day Window: Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Condition: The saree must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags intact, and in its original packaging with original folds.
  • Customizations: Sarees that have been altered, or have had fall and picot services applied, are not eligible for return or exchange.

The Return & Exchange Process:

  1. Initiate: Email us at saspiraluxe@gmail.com with your Order ID, the reason for the return, and clear images of the product.
  2. Verification: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our delivery partners.
  3. Resolution: Upon receiving the piece back at our Surat facility and passing a quality check, we will process your exchange, issue store credit, or initiate a refund based on your preference.

Refund Timelines:

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days after the quality inspection is completed.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping & COD Fees: Please note that any initial shipping charges or Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience fees applied at checkout are strictly non-refundable.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: In the rare case of a manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered, Saspira Luxe will bear all reverse shipping costs. For all other returns (such as a change of mind), a nominal reverse shipping fee may be deducted from your final refund.
