Return & Exchange Policy – Saspira Luxe

Eligibility:

  • Return or exchange request must be made within 5 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact and in original packaging.

  • Customized or altered pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Process:

  1. Email us at saspiraluxe@gmail.com with your order ID, reason, and images (if needed).

  2. Our team will verify and arrange reverse pickup if applicable.

  3. On approval, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit/refund as per your preference.

Refund Timelines:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the product.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping charges may apply depending on the case.

  • In case of product defects or wrong item delivery, reverse shipping is completely free.
